Outlook 2002 and 2003 email set-up

• Open Outlook.
• Click on the Tools menu located at the top of the window.
• Click on Email Accounts.

• 4. Select Add a new e-mail account.
• 5. Click the Next button.

• 6. Select POP3.
• 7. Click the Next button.

• 8. In the Your Name field, type your name.
• 9. In the E-mail Address field, type your full email address (e.g., johndoe@yourdomain.com).
• 10. In the Incoming mail server (POP3) field, type your Incoming mail server (e.g. mail.yourdomain.com)
• 11. In the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) field, type in your ISP's SMTP server (e.g. smtp.yourispdomain.com)
• 12. In the User Name field, type your full email address (e.g., johndoe@yourdomain.com).
• 13. In the Password field, type your email password.
• 14. Click the "Test Account Settings.." button. This will check to see if you are communicating with the mail server. If any of the tests fail call the support team on 0409004390.

• 15. If all tests pass, then click the Next button.

Step 5 of 5

• Click the Finish button.
• You will be returned to the Internet Accounts window, click the Close button in this window to save the details for your new email       account.
